Shut Up Fool Awards-TTNS Weekend Edition

I'm getting my learn on with my Texas rainbow family at the Texas Transgender Nondiscrimination Summit and enjoying the informative seminars, Dr. Paige Schilt's keynote speech and meeting other Lone Star activists at the same time.

The TTNS continues tomorrow from 9-5 PM with Meghan Stabler as the keynote speaker.

Before I bounced to the UH campus I did take some time to sort through the ignorance and determine who gets their coveted  Shut Up Fool award for this week.

As always we had many worthy candidates such as Rep. Eric Cantor (R-VA),  Wisconsin state Senator Alberta Darling (R). Rep. Michael Burgess (R-TX),  a group award for the Tea Klux Klan,  WWBT queen Dana Lane Taylor, a group award for Fox Noise, Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) , Steve Doocy, Willard 'Mitt' Romney and Grover Norquist

But this week's winner is GOP presidential candidate Rick Santorum, who tried to compare same gender marriage to a paper napkin in a failed attempt to try to say that it shouldn't be redefined.

Rick, the institution of marriage had been redefined repeatedly for centuries, and this is just another example of that.   Why don't you just do the country a favor and drop out of the race.

Then again, upon further review, stay in there.  America needs to see how bigoted and stupid you and GOPers like you really are.

Rick Santorum, shut up fool!
